As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of ticketing and event operations for our venues, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive ticket sales strategies to drive revenue growth and maximize event attendance.
  • Manage and maintain accurate ticket inventory, including seating manifests, price tables, and hold/kills.
  • Oversee financial reconciliation, including daily reports, monthly reports, and event settlement.
  • Act as systems administrator for ticketing software and liaison between staff, promoters, presenters, and the facility.
  • Prepare and analyze ticketing reports, including sales data, revenue projections, and attendance tracking.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute ticket promotions and discounts.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations regarding ticket sales and revenue management.
  • Develop and manage the fiscal budget for the Box Office department.
  • Lead and manage a team of Box Office personnel, providing training, motivation, and evaluation.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external customers, including event promoters, presenters, and venue stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Sports Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of increasingly responsible box office and ticketing experience, preferably in a sports facility, convention center, performing arts facility, or other multi-purpose public assembly facility.
  • Knowledge of operational characteristics, services, and activities of stadium, arena, public assembly facility, or convention center sales programs.
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Excel, database, presentation, graphic design, PowerPoint, and Internet.
  • Familiarity with Paciolan ticketing software is desirable but not required.
  • Knowledge of principles of budget preparation and control.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
