The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking a highly skilled Data and Technology Program Specialist to join our team in the Access and Eligibility Services (AES) Community Engagement Division.

The Data and Technology Program Specialist will work under the direction of the CPP Technology and Operational Manager to assist with collecting and analyzing program data from the Community Partner Program (CPP) staff.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CRM software, especially Salesforce, and be proficient in managing databases and navigating computer applications.

The successful candidate will also have excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively with diverse groups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with collecting and analyzing program data from the Community Partner Program (CPP) staff
  • Design strategies to mitigate or avoid risks for program improvement
  • Analyze and interpret qualitative and quantitative data sets
  • Present data to diverse audiences in understandable formats
  • Coordinate specialized research projects to analyze data and identify strategies for program improvement

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of HHSC benefit programs
  • Knowledge of CRM software, especially Salesforce
  • Proficient in managing databases and navigating computer applications
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively with diverse groups
