Job Summary:
KBR's National Security Solutions team provides high-end engineering and advanced technology solutions to our customers in the intelligence and national security communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze space requirements and provide detailed space plans to optimize layouts.
- Work closely with architectural and design teams to develop functional and efficient spaces.
- Manage and coordinate moves, adds, and changes to office layouts.
- Ensure all spaces meet health, safety, and organizational standards.
- Maintain Quality Control:
- Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure that all installations and repairs meet or exceed the set standards.
- Facilitate Team Communication:
- Ensure clear and consistent communication within the team and with other project stakeholders to keep everyone informed and aligned on project goals and updates.
- Other duties as required
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in space planning, facilities management or interior design.
- Strong understanding of design principles and space optimization.
- Proficient in CAD and other design software.
- High School Diploma or GED:
- Required as a basic educational foundation.
- Attention to Detail:
- Precision and attention to detail to ensure high-quality service delivery and compliance with safety standards.
- Adaptability:
- Flexibility to adapt to changing conditions, technologies, and requirements.
- Decision-Making Ability:
- Strong decision-making skills to resolve issues quickly and effectively under pressure.
Clearance:
Must possess an active U.S Government Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility required. Willingness to take a polygraph and upgrade clearance as required.
