Job Summary:
The Resort Events Security Representative plays a crucial role in ensuring the safety and enjoyment of guests during various resort functions. This position encompasses a range of responsibilities including guest interaction, traffic management, and maintaining a secure environment throughout the property.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and engage with guests in a warm and approachable manner.
- Provide directions and information promptly and courteously.
- Clarify and respond to inquiries about the property, promotional activities, special events, entertainment options, and the Total Rewards card program.
- Foster a lively and enjoyable atmosphere during promotions, special events, and entertainment.
- Uphold service standards as established by the department.
- Monitor parking areas, manage traffic flow, and assist with valet services as needed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Comply with departmental and company policies and procedures in an ethical manner.
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- A valid driver's license is necessary, with restrictions on DUI convictions and moving violations.
