Position Overview
PrideStaff is actively seeking a Manufacturing Technician II for a prominent manufacturing organization. This role is a full-time, temporary-to-permanent opportunity that offers potential for advancement.

Compensation:
$22-$25 per hour
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM (occasional Saturdays may be necessary)

Role Summary
Under the direct supervision of the Assembly Leads, the Manufacturing Technician II is responsible for assembling components and machinery utilizing physical strength along with various hand and power tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble machine components using an array of hand and power tools.
  • Interpret mechanical blueprints to accurately assemble machinery and confirm specifications.
  • Report any issues to the Lead or Supervisor promptly.
  • Assemble machinery with limited supervision.
  • Input job data into the Made2Manage (M2M) and traveler systems.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols when operating equipment and machinery.
  • Differentiate between various parts and their specifications.
  • Meet production deadlines consistently.

Qualifications:
  • Willingness to undergo a clinic drug test and physical examination prior to employment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • A minimum of three years of experience as an Assembler I in a manufacturing setting.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with tools.
  • Experience with Tig and Mig welding is advantageous.
  • Ability to assemble machinery with minimal guidance.

Compensation / Pay Rate:
Up to $25.00 per hour.
