Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to join our team in a hybrid role, working on Solar Farm projects with additional Battery Energy Storage and wind projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in site plans, grading design, and stormwater/hydraulic calculations.

Your responsibilities will include conducting site visits to assess project feasibility, assisting in the preparation of preliminary site layouts, and developing comprehensive designs for solar projects.

You will also be responsible for producing site plans and construction documents for permit approvals and construction phases, supporting the permitting application processes, and communicating effectively with clients, engineers, contractors, and internal team members.

Additionally, you will provide high-quality design and technical implementation within project scope, timelines, budgets, and client expectations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Civil Engineer with site development and AutoCAD Civil 3D proficiency; some solar project experience is preferred, though 8+ years is ideal.
  • EIT or PE preferred.
  • Self-starter with strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a team environment.

This is a hybrid role requiring three days per week in-office. Estimated salary: $90,000 - $110,000 annually, based on location and experience.
