This role will work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide quality care and documentation for surgical patients. As a member of the SCIP committee, you will be actively involved in process improvement measures, ensuring the highest standards of care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provides professional leadership and support to the healthcare team through excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork.
  • Works effectively with patients, families, and the entire healthcare team to deliver exceptional care.
  • Participates in the SCIP committee to drive process improvement and quality care.

Requirements:

  • FL RN License required.
  • At least 2 years of First Assist OR experience.
  • BLS and ACLS certifications through American Heart Association required.
  • Current PALS Certification through American Heart Association.
  • CSFA certification (through NBSTSA) or SA-C certification (through ABSA) must be maintained.
