We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst - Compliance Specialist to join our team at InsideHigherEd. As a key member of our data analytics team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our compliance data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze datasets of information using Excel, Access, and/or Statistical software to identify trends and insights.
  • Prepare and validate compliance reports and data submissions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Develop and maintain institutional interactive reports and dashboards to provide stakeholders with timely and relevant data.
  • Conduct special ad hoc data requests as needed to support business decisions.
  • Manage multiple priorities and high volumes of work to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex data and identify insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Access, and/or Statistical software.
  • Experience with data visualization tools and institutional interactive reports.
