  • Product Knowledge: Maintain product knowledge and current promotions through Autozone systems and information sources.
  • Diagnose Automobile Problems: Diagnose automobile problems and recommend solutions using OBDII to read codes from customer's automobiles.
  • Communicate with Managers: Communicate with managers regarding customer concerns and employee matters.
  • Develop Customer Service Skills: Actively engage in developing more effective customer service skills.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic Knowledge of Automotive Parts: Have basic knowledge of automotive parts.
  • Excellent Communication and Decision Making Skills: Possess excellent communication and decision making skills.
  • Ability to Lift, Load, and Deliver Merchandise: Have the ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise.
  • Flexible Schedule: Be able to work a flexible schedule to meet the business needs, including holidays, evenings, and weekend shifts.
