Pharmacy Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead our Outpatient Infusion pharmacy services at 8 centers across Southeast Michigan. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for optimizing pharmacy services and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and Board of Pharmacy rules and regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the daily operations of pharmacy services, including medication safety, medication use evaluation, and pharmacoeconomics.
- Develop and implement performance improvement activities to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Conduct competency assessments and coordinate the training and development of pharmacists, pharmacy residents, and pharmacy students.
- Develop and manage departmental budget to promote pharmacoeconomics and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Licensure / Certification / Registration: Pharmacist credentialed from the Michigan Board of Pharmacy obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Doctorate of Pharmacy required. Master's degree preferred.
- Work Experience: 3 years of experience required. 1 year of leadership or management experience required.
