Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Caregiver Specialist to join our team at Sunrise of Granite Run. As a key member of our care-focused community, you will provide the highest degree of quality care and services to a consistent group of residents and their families in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods.


Responsibilities
  • BUILD MEANINGFUL RELATIONSHIPS: Assist seniors with activities of daily living, attend to individual care needs, and get to know their unique preferences and personalities.
  • NURTURE AND SUPPORT: Notify management of changes in condition and recommend adjustments in the level of care and service.
  • ENHANCE RESIDENT EXPERIENCE: Assist residents in life skills and other life enriching activities as indicated on their individual profile.
  • PARTNER WITH COMMUNITY TEAM: Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and monthly updates, and physically check on residents throughout the shift.
  • MULTITASK AND PROBLEM-SOLVE: Respond to dining needs of residents and guests while maintaining Sunrise hospitality and service standards.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Dedication and passion to serve seniors with excellent customer service skills.
  • Positive attitude and flexibility to perform various duties in service to residents and the ability to work in a team environment.
  • High School diploma/GED accepted and may be required per state regulations.
  • In states where applicable, must maintain certifications.
  • Ability to make choices, decisions, and act in the resident's best interest.
  • Competent in organizational and time management skills and demonstrate good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and location. Additionally, we provide:
