**Responsibilities:**
  • Provide exceptional patient care and ensure a positive experience from arrival to departure
  • Prepare patients for exams, including pre-testing and reviewing medical history
  • Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and troubleshoot insurance issues
  • Educate patients on proper eye care, supplements, and in-office therapies
  • Assist in opening and closing the office, as well as completing administrative tasks
