Full Stack Lead Engineer

We're on a mission to transform customer support teams with our innovative workforce management platform. As a seasoned Software Engineer, you'll have the opportunity to take ownership of our technical projects, provide mentorship to your team, and drive key initiatives forward.
To succeed in this role, you'll need 5+ years of full-stack software engineering experience and 1+ year of experience leading teams as a technical lead or senior team member. You should be well-versed in production environments, possess a strong product sense, and demonstrate exceptional technical leadership skills.
In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive base salary range of $125,000 - $220,000 per year, stock options, and a comprehensive benefits package featuring generous medical, dental, and vision benefits, paid holidays and unlimited time off, and a hybrid work model with catered lunches.
