What We're Looking For

We are seeking a skilled Senior Software Engineer to lead our full-stack development efforts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver engaging web user experiences. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining our CLM application.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Full-Stack Development: Develop high-quality code in C# .Net or other object-oriented languages, and lead the implementation of new features and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with project management, QA, and other developers to understand design requirements, provide estimates for development, and participate in agile development practices.
  • Mentor and Coach: Mentor and coach junior engineers, share knowledge and best practices, and contribute to creating a culture of excellence within the team.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Research and implement new technologies, frameworks, and tools to improve our CLM application and stay ahead of industry trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: At least 8 years of product development experience building large-scale applications, with a focus on agile development environments and full-stack development.
  • Skills: Proficiency in C#, Java, and other object-oriented programming languages, as well as experience working with git, continuous integration, and deployment tools.
  • Cloud Experience: Familiarity with public cloud platforms, such as Azure and AWS, and containerized technologies, like Kubernetes and Docker.
