  • Partner with multiple stakeholders across the organization to ensure the delivery of integrated communications programs that drive business outcomes.
  • Lead a team of communicators to create and execute strategic and creative communication campaigns that inspire and engage associates.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines to meet business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or military experience.
  • At least 7 years of experience in Communications, Marketing, or Public Relations.
  • Strong presence, writing, oral, and verbal communications skills.
  • Ability to lead tough conversations, navigate complex organizations, and influence decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Masters Degree in Business, Mass Communications, Education, Marketing/Public Relations, Journalism, or English.
  • 10+ years of experience in developing and implementing business communication and organizational change management strategies, plans, and deliverables.
  • 5+ years of experience in creating and executing strategic and creative communication campaigns for organizations.
