Job Title: Business Analyst (with P&C Insurance domain experience)

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with experience in the P&C Insurance domain to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of insurance applications, core policy claims modules, and policy administration solutions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of insurance applications, core policy claims modules, and policy administration solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and design effective solutions.
  • Develop and maintain business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and return on investment (ROI) analyses.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in P&C Insurance domain.
  • Experience working with insurance applications.
  • Experience working in core policy claims modules.
  • Strong technology experience with policy administration solutions.
  • Hands-on experience writing user stories.
  • Knowledge and experience leveraging both IT solutions and business process improvements.
  • Experience in Agile methodology and business analysis methodologies.
  • Working knowledge of business analysis documentation standards.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and proactive approach.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, SharePoint.
  • Ability to multitask projects and prioritize tasks.
  • Approachable in nature and confident in own abilities.
  • Exhibits an attention to detail.
  • Comfortable in challenging the status quo.
  • Exhibits high standards of integrity.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
  • Critical thinker and ability to demonstrate logical approach to problem solving.

  • Technical background in software and web development.
