About the Role

We are seeking a highly-motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Lead Operations Manager at Urban Air Adventure Parks. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our indoor adventure park, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of staff members to provide exceptional customer service and ensure the smooth operation of the park.
  • Operational Excellence: Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the overall guest experience.
  • Staff Development: Identify and develop staff members for more responsibility and internal promotability into leadership roles.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management and controlling expenses to ensure the park's financial goals are met.
  • Facility Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the park's facilities, including entertainment, food, beverage, and attractions.
  • Guest Safety: Ensure a safe and secure environment for all guests and staff, adhering to Urban Air's safety protocols and standards.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the guest experience and operational efficiency.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1+ year of supervisory or management experience in a hospitality or entertainment industry setting.
  • Qualifications: Ability to pass a thorough background check, CPR/First Aid Certification preferred.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to motivate and develop staff members, and a positive attitude.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
