About the Role

AV3 Inc. is a leading provider of audiovisual systems integration services, seeking a skilled Senior AV Installation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of complex AV systems in secure environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation and Configuration: Assist with the permanent installation and mounting of AV equipment, including projectors, screens, monitors, speakers, and microphones, in secure spaces.
  • AV System Configuration: Configure AV equipment from leading manufacturers, including Extron, Crestron, AMX, CISCO, ClearOne, and Biamp.
  • Cabling and Termination: Fabricate, terminate, and install AV and IT cabling to ensure seamless system operation.
  • Video Conferencing Solutions: Configure and test video conferencing solutions from Polycom and CISCO.
  • System Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve issues with various AV systems, including diagnosing and repairing equipment.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience in AV systems installation and maintenance.
  • Security Clearance: Active DoD Top Secret security clearance desired.
  • Certifications: Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance and pass the CTS exam within 2 years of hire date.
