HVAC Specialist

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team at Winters Sheet Metal Inc DBA Winters Heating & Cooling. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, servicing, and repairing heating and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings.

• Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and cooling units for both commercial and residential customers.
• Diagnose and repair electronic, mechanical, and electrical components of these systems.
• Exercise sales abilities to sell new units and identify potential opportunities for additional business.
• Work closely with the Service Administrator to follow pre-scheduled work days and report progress throughout the day.
• Understand company pricing and generate appropriate customer invoices at job sites.
• Maintain good working order of company vehicles and report any mechanical issues.
• Maintain stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment in the vehicle.
• Participate in company-provided training opportunities on the latest industry technologies.

• 5-7 years of experience in troubleshooting with a proven work record.
• Nate Certified and CFC licensed.
• Excellent customer service skills with a desire to exceed customer expectations.
• Ability to work independently in a timely manner.
• Well-groomed, neat appearance.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must be able to pass drug tests as required by the company.
