Job Summary:

The CT Technologist performs all phases of cross-sectional imaging under the direction of the department Director/Manager or Lead and the medical direction of the Radiologists. This role utilizes CT scanners to produce cross-section images of patient's internal organs and tissues for diagnosis of medical issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform all phases of cross-sectional imaging
  • Utilize CT scanners to produce cross-section images of patient's internal organs and tissues
  • Work under the direction of the department Director/Manager or Lead and the medical direction of the Radiologists

Requirements:

  • Completion of an accredited radiologic training program
  • Washington Radiologic Technologist certification
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification
  • National Registered Technologist - Radiography - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists certification
  • National Registered Technologist - Computed Tomography Or certification within 1 year of hire
  • National Computed Tomography Technologist - Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board certification within 1 year of hire
  • 6 months CT scanning experience as an ARRT(R) registered technologist

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1 year CT scanning experience as an ARRT(R)(CT) registered technologist
