Key Responsibilities- Provide safe, knowledgeable, and compassionate nursing care to patients and their families
- Assist with intake procedures, toileting needs, and transports patients safely
- Obtain patients' condition and vital signs, and report changes to the RN
- Answer patients' call signals and provide basic care
- Prepare clinical charts and ensure regulatory compliance
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Current CNA certification and experience in the medical field

- Ability to respond to changing workload and work effectively as a team member
