We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our Inpatient Rehabilitation team at Marianjoy Wheaton. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing safe and effective physical therapy services to patients impaired by physical illness or injury, congenital or developmental disability, and/or the aging process.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and analyze patients' functional performance abilities and develop goal-directed interventions to achieve maximum independence.
- Provide physical therapy services, including evaluations, modalities, and treatments, in accordance with established hospital and departmental policies and procedures.
- Supervise physical therapy support personnel and ensure the provision of high-quality patient care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
- 3 years of experience in an inpatient rehabilitation and/or subacute program.
- Active Illinois therapy license to practice.
- Current CPR certification.
