About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shift Supervisor to join our team at Multi-Color Corporation MCC. As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the production process to meet safety, quality, and production standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and conduct regular safety observations and audits.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to production teams.
  • Participate in meetings to discuss quality, safety, performance, and other key issues.
  • Work with direct reports to resolve conflicts and address performance issues.
