Cash Office Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cash Office Associate to join our team at HomeGoods. As a Cash Office Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and adhering to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Engage and interact with all customers, embodying customer experience principles and philosophy.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
- Merchandising: Accurately process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor, following company procedures and standards.
- Recovery: Initiate and participate in store recovery as needed throughout the day.
- Adaptability: Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs and respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
- Customer Service Skills: Possess excellent customer service skills and able to work effectively with peers and supervisors.
- Communication Skills: Possess strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Adaptability: Able to multi-task and adapt to changing situations.
- Physical Demands: Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
