Estimated Salary Range
The estimated salary range for this role is $95,375 - $130,250 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including paid time off, health insurance options, retirement benefits, and tuition reimbursement.
Job Description
This position offers a rewarding career in nursing, providing direct patient care and coordination with the healthcare team. The successful candidate will implement and monitor patient care plans, note and carry out physician and nursing orders, and assess and coordinate discharge planning needs.
- Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies and protocols.
- Implement and monitor patient care plans.
- Monitor, record and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
- Serve as primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct patient care, implementing and monitoring patient care plans, and coordinating with the healthcare team. They will also be responsible for noting and carrying out physician and nursing orders, assessing and coordinating discharge planning needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Licensure: Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing required.
- Certification: BLS Provider certification required within 1 month of hire date.
