Are you passionate about cycling and exploring new destinations? TUI is on the lookout for enthusiastic cycling adventure leaders to join our Destination Services team. In this role, you will be tasked with delivering exceptional cycling tours as part of our excursion offerings, ensuring our guests have memorable experiences both on and off the bike. We seek individuals who are dedicated to outstanding customer service and creating lasting impressions for our travelers.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design and guide a range of cycling excursions tailored to diverse customer needs
  • Develop innovative routes and engaging online content for sales
  • Deliver top-notch customer service and support to cyclists
  • Conduct safety briefings and oversee tours
  • Assist with other Destination Services initiatives
  • Manage and maintain the cycling fleet
  • Uphold high standards of safety and instruction

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Strong customer-focused mindset
  • Proficient in mountain biking and its maintenance
  • Collaborative team player with a flexible approach
  • Fluency in English and possession of a valid first aid certification
