Job Title: Senior UX Researcher

We are seeking a skilled UX Researcher to join our Lifecycle Transformation Design team at NR Consulting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive UX research, including evaluative and exploratory research, to inform design decisions and drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct usability testing, user interviews, and other research methods to gather insights and inform design decisions.
• Collaborate with UX Designers to assess prototypes, synthesize qualitative and quantitative data, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Develop and execute research plans, including creating detailed research plans, securing stakeholder buy-in, and managing deadlines.
• Synthesize data to derive actionable insights and recommendations, and effectively communicate research findings through presentations, decks, and Figma annotations.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of UX research best practices and methodologies, including usability testing, interviewing, surveys, and heuristic evaluations.
• Proficiency in synthesizing qualitative and quantitative data to derive actionable insights and recommendations.
• Familiarity with Figma or the ability to quickly adapt to new tools, and experience with other UX design and research tools is beneficial.
• Robust communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage and communicate with stakeholders.
