Job Title: Central Students Pastor

Vox Church is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Central Students Pastor to lead our youth ministry efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to engage and disciple students in grades 7-12 across all church locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and oversee the scaling of multi-site youth ministry, ensuring a unified vision and approach across all locations.
  • Collaborate with Campus Pastors to design and implement effective youth programs, phases, and training systems.
  • Lead the Central Youth Directional Team, comprised of local youth directors, to equip and empower them to execute local Youth House programming and centrally offered events.
  • Pastor and facilitate weekly Youth House gatherings, ensuring the implementation of systems for regular regional youth house gatherings.
  • Develop and coordinate Bible teaching content and curriculum for both regional and location-specific Youth House gatherings and small groups.
  • Collaborate with VoxFamilies ministry to provide parenting equipping initiatives and support for parents of teens.
  • Work with the Family Ministry Director to cultivate and implement programs and events for transition points in child/teen spiritual development.
  • Facilitate the development of partnerships with VoxOutreach to provide regular outreach/mission opportunities for students.
  • Ensure the implementation of uniform standards for safe and secure interaction between youth leaders and students.
  • Oversee existing database systems and develop regular reporting measures to track student data and discipleship needs.
Requirements:
  • 4-5 years of ministry experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in ministry, education, or a related field preferred.
