Job Summary:This is a 13-week contract position with a 40-hour workweek. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:- Provide nursing care to patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
- Illinois RN License
- AHA BLS Certification
- 1 year of experience as an RN
- Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred
- Competitive pay rate: $1,600 - $1,758 per week
