Job Summary

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in our ICU-STEP DOWN unit, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our team. Under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing, you will utilize your nursing skills and knowledge to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of our residents.

You will be responsible for attending to the daily operations of the unit, assuming leadership roles as needed, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery. Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents
  • Attend to daily unit operations and assume leadership roles as needed

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a formal working knowledge equivalent to an Associate's degree, a license for Practical Nursing, and AHA BLS CPR Certification. You should also possess basic computer skills and be familiar with Synquest, IV Pump, Phillips Monitoring System, Accucheck, and EKG Machine.
