Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Ciena Healthcare. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our guests, including assessing their health, developing care plans, and implementing interventions to stabilize their condition.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise the care provided by LPNs, CNAs/STNAs, and other team members.
  • Provide safe and accurate medication-related interventions.
  • Assess the health of guests and notify physicians of changes in status.
  • Develop and implement care plans based on assessments.
  • Contribute to guest assessments and the development of care plans.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in a long-term care setting preferred.
  • Current Registered Nurse licensure in the state.
  • CPR certification.
