The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

As an Automotive Instructor at A Ford Dealership, you will be responsible for teaching students the skills and techniques required to become proficient automotive technicians. You will develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans, utilizing a variety of instructional strategies to engage students and promote learning.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A minimum of 3 years' non-teaching, related work experience with recent Ford, Lincoln, Mercury shop experience and factory training
  • An Associate degree or diploma in a subject area related to automotive technology
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with students, colleagues, and management
  • Demonstrated effectiveness working with populations having diverse values, and/or coming from varied cultures and backgrounds
