This role operates in a hybrid work environment, requiring on-site presence three days a week (Tuesday to Thursday), with optional remote work on Mondays and Fridays.

Key Responsibilities:

As the leader of engineering initiatives, you will enhance departmental efficiency and collaborate across functions to ensure seamless coordination of metrics, dashboards, and strategic initiatives.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Overseeing the development and management of engineering and technology projects.
  • Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal resource allocation.
  • Ensuring project delivery aligns with initial cost estimates.
  • Managing project schedules, budgets, and integration of new product introductions (NPI) and requisition projects, ensuring customer requirements are met.
  • Leading teams with direct management responsibilities, including staffing and performance development.
  • Applying your technical expertise and analytical skills to implement policies and strategies effectively.
  • Understanding best practices and how your area integrates with others while being aware of competitive differentiators.
  • Utilizing judgment to propose innovative solutions for complex manufacturing processes.
  • Acting as a mentor for less experienced colleagues.
  • Facilitating discussions to achieve consensus among team members.
  • Communicating performance expectations and addressing sensitive issues.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Systems or Software engineering.
Eligibility Requirements:
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is mandatory; sponsorship for employment visas is not available for this position.
  • This role requires U.S. citizenship due to the use of technical data subject to U.S. Government contract restrictions.
  • Employment offers are contingent upon successful completion of a drug screening, if applicable.
