About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team in the Facilities Division Design and Construction Branch. This is an exciting opportunity to serve as a key member of our organization, working closely with various stakeholders to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating design, prototype development, and construction projects across various locations worldwide. You will work collaboratively with architects, engineers, contractors, and other project team members to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate design, prototype development, and construction projects
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other project team members
  • Develop and review designs and estimated costs of construction
  • Assist in selecting architectural and engineering firms to prepare plans and specifications
  • Inspect and accept construction sites
  • Develop budget costs for new projects from preliminary plans and functional requirements
Requirements
  • Degree in architecture or engineering or related field
  • A valid architecture or engineering license
  • Four years of responsible experience in construction/renovation projects
  • Strong knowledge of architectural/engineering aspects of construction/renovation projects
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
