We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team at Quality Brand Group. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our Dunkin' restaurant, ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a positive team environment, promoting a culture of respect and dignity among team members and guests.
- Oversee the preparation of products according to operational and quality standards, ensuring that our guests receive high-quality food and beverages.
- Provide leadership, direction, and coaching to Crew Members, assigning tasks, setting expectations, and providing timely feedback to correct deficiencies or reward success.
- Monitor team performance, ensuring that quality, service, and cleanliness standards are met throughout the shift.
- Ensure that restaurant standards and marketing initiatives are properly executed during the shift.
- Follow all systems and processes to control labor costs, food costs, and cash throughout the shift.
- Monitor and ensure Crew Members comply with all policies and procedures related to cleanliness, food safety, and restaurant safety and security during the shift.
Requirements:
- Must be able to fluently speak and read English.
- Math and writing skills.
- Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred.
- Guest Focus – anticipate and understand guests’ needs and exceed their expectations.
- Passion for Results – set compelling targets and deliver on commitments.
- Problem Solving and Decision Making – make good decisions based on analysis, experience, and judgment.
- Building Effective Teams – get the right people in the right places, enabling them to make decisions and celebrate success as a team.
- Be physically and mentally capable of learning to operate standard restaurant equipment.
- This position requires one to lift 30 to 50 pounds and also requires you to use motion that entails pushing, pulling, stretching, and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists.
