Resident Service Assistant

About the Role
The Resident Services Assistant provides support and assistance to participants in a PACE program. This position reports to the Operations Supervisor and works under the instruction of the site Resident Services Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide emotional, physical, and social support to participants
- Work collaboratively with the Resident Services team to create a supportive environment
- Assist with daily tasks and activities to promote independence

Requirements
- Currently certified in First Aid and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS)
- 1 year of recent experience working with a frail or elderly population
