About the Role

As a CBRE Building Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of building systems, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. You will work to maintain a safe and healthy environment for occupants, while also ensuring that the building's systems are running efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and take corrective action to prevent downtime.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure that building systems are integrated and functioning properly.
  • Develop and implement energy-saving initiatives to reduce the building's environmental impact.
  • Provide excellent customer service to building occupants and respond to their needs in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • 4-5 years of experience in building maintenance or a related field.
  • Universal CFC certification preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
