Maintenance Technician

As a CBRE Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities by performing routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on building systems.
- Conduct routine maintenance inspections and diagnose potential problems.
- Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
- Review assigned work orders and track completion.
- Support energy management by ensuring all building systems are operating efficiently.
- Inspect existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
- High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of job-related experience.
- Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
- Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
