About the RoleThe Registered Nurse provides age-appropriate care to patients based on their physical, psychosocial, cultural, safety, and learning needs. You will perform delegated duties consistent with your scope of practice and function within the philosophy and overall plan of care delivery at NSMC.
Responsibilities- Provide safe and appropriate patient care within the Standards of Nursing Practice at NSMC.
- Care for geriatric, adult, and adolescent patient populations.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor and report patient progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in nursing care.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing.
- 1 to 2 years of acute care/specialty nursing experience desired.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Colorado.
