We are seeking a skilled General Surgeon to join our team at PeaceHealth Medical Group in Ketchikan, Alaska. As a General Surgeon with our group, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the growth and development of our team.
Responsibilities
- Practice of medicine within the scope of license, training, and credentialing.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individual patient care appropriate to the age of patients served.
- Perform surgeries and provide post-operative care to patients.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements
- Board certification or board eligibility in General Surgery.
- Completion of an accredited residency program in General Surgery.
- Current licensure to practice medicine in the state of Alaska.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
