Clinical Nurse Manager

At Granite State Gastrointestinal, we are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Manager to lead our clinical operations team. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, retain, and develop clinical support staff to ensure excellent patient care and outcomes.
- Establish and monitor clinical support staff productivity, quality, and financial goals.
- Manage clinical support processes, including procedure scheduling and customer relations.
- Act as a conduit between department and organization leadership, providing accurate communication and information to staff and leadership.
- Lead interdepartmental teams and participate in departmental and organizational change.
- Ensure compliance with State, Local, and Federal regulatory requirements.
- Assure the proper functioning of clinical equipment.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of Nursing Management experience in a physician practice setting.
- Strong focus on patient satisfaction and quality care.
- Proficiency in using an Electronic Medical Record.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field, master's degree preferred.
Licensure / Certification:
Current Registered Nurse license in the State of NH.
