Job Description and Duties

This position is located in the city of Sacramento. Under the general supervision of the Staff Services Manager I, and working closely with the other Voice Options staff, Assistive Technology (AT) Program Analyst, and related stakeholders and subcommittees, the Program Analyst will perform a broad range of analytical duties for the Voice Options Program to assist in fulfilling its mission to increase the availability of AT to persons with disabilities.

Responsibilities
  • Perform analytical duties for the Voice Options Program to assist in fulfilling its mission to increase the availability of AT to persons with disabilities.
  • Work closely with the other Voice Options staff, Assistive Technology (AT) Program Analyst, and related stakeholders and subcommittees.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of programs and services to increase the availability of AT to persons with disabilities.
  • Provide technical assistance and support to stakeholders and subcommittees.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify best practices and emerging trends in AT.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders and subcommittees to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as public administration, business administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a related field, such as program analysis, policy analysis, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
