Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide timely and effective service to customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Sales and Upselling: Identify opportunities to sell car wash services, memberships, and additional purchase options to customers, meeting sales and revenue goals for the location.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment, including the outside areas, counters, merchandise display areas, restrooms, and customer waiting areas.
  • Point-of-Sale Transactions: Process transactions accurately, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain point-of-sale integrity.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and revenue goals, and provide support as needed.
Requirements
  • Experience: 6 months of work experience in customer service, retail, or sales is strongly preferred.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform other physical tasks as required.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required for communication with team members, managers, and customers.
  • Cognitive Abilities: Ability to perform arithmetic calculations, operate data entry devices, and maintain regular attendance.
