Job Description

As a Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care, working under the supervision of experienced healthcare professionals. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to patients with various health conditions, ranging from simple to complex.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assume responsibility for an assigned group of patients, prioritizing their needs and tailoring care plans accordingly.
  • Document patient responses to interventions and prescribed medical treatments, noting any changes in physician orders.
  • Collaborate with physicians during examinations, performing minor diagnostic procedures and treatment as needed.
  • Monitor patients' physiological data, observing manifestations and intervening when necessary.
  • Administer medication as prescribed, initiate, regulate, and monitor intravenous infusions and blood products.
  • Demonstrate exceptional patient care skills, ensuring that each patient receives respectful, empathetic attention.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues, sharing care plans and addressing concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records, referring patients to appropriate personnel as needed.
  • Delegate tasks to support staff, promoting efficient workflow and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or managers.
Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must possess:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in nursing, preferably in a hospital setting.
  • In-depth knowledge of professional nursing theory, practices, techniques, and procedures.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, coordination, and evaluation skills, enabling you to apply nursing techniques effectively.
  • The ability to maintain positive relationships with colleagues, communicating clearly and respectfully.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, accommodating diverse cultural and language needs.
  • Basic computer skills, proficiency in relevant software applications.
