About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled OneStream Developer to join our team at Tech Talent Link, Inc. As a key member of our global finance and accounting team, you will play a critical role in the implementation of OneStream for corporate financial planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement OneStream solutions that align with business objectives, including the development of new application functionality and fixes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify and design application improvements to streamline, standardize, and automate reporting processes.
  • Provide production support, including communication of technical issues and fixes to colleagues and customers of varying backgrounds.
  • Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX), business controls, and IT change management processes and procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting/Finance, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience with OneStream application development (e.g. Planning).
  • Experience with Visual Basic, Python, and SQL.
  • Proven experience with business rules, forms, workflows, cube views, custom calculations, and data integrations using OneStream software.
  • Knowledge of financial budgeting and forecasting processes, including allocations and driver-based calculations.
  • Experience working with finance organizations, with a solid understanding of the nature of work performed by financial analysts, controllers, finance directors, and CFOs.
  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, including data reconciliation.
