Job Summary

Epaga Home Care is seeking a skilled and compassionate Private Duty Nurse to provide personalized nursing services to a 100% dependent, non-verbal young adult in their integrated family home. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in someone's life while enjoying a flexible and rewarding work environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the client's physical, emotional, and social needs
  • Manage daily ordered medical and therapy interventions
  • Administer medication and feed through G-tube
  • Assist with all ADLs
  • Transport client to and from medical and therapy appointments and community activities

Requirements

  • Montana or Compact State Nursing License (RN)
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and written
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Knowledge of standards and practices for managing acute and chronic conditions
  • Strong assessment skills to identify and manage interventions for high needs patients
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to develop care plans and respond to patient needs
  • Ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary care teams
  • Respectful of personal property and privacy
  • Ability to move patient and heavy equipment
