Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Ophthalmic Technician to join our dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities

The role encompasses a variety of essential tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Conducting patient evaluations such as refracting, visual fields, fundus photography, and optical coherence tomography.
  • Performing assessments for dry eye conditions, extraocular movements, intraocular pressures, pupil reactions, and visual acuity.
  • Engaging with patients in a professional and friendly manner.

While certification is not a prerequisite for employment, it is anticipated that candidates will obtain certification after one year of experience in our practice.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position within a bustling ophthalmic clinic that operates Monday through Friday, with no weekend or evening shifts. The workday begins at 7:15 AM and concludes at 4:15 PM.
