Customer Service Representative Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at Staff My Agency. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, answering their questions, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients about insurance options and provide personalized recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including activity reports to the agent.

Requirements:
  • Property & Casualty license (required)
  • Life and Health license (required)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and multi-task
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented
