This role involves comprehensive management of a 7,000 square foot residence accommodating two adults and five children. The family is eager to welcome their inaugural Household Coordinator. They require a dedicated Household Manager/Family Assistant who possesses the skills and experience necessary to efficiently oversee and maintain their home. The primary objective for this position is to ensure a seamless and hands-off approach to household care. The ideal candidate will excel in time management, vendor scheduling, and project oversight.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Maintain all watercraft and vehicles, ensuring they are fueled and serviced as needed.
- Oversee all vendor relations and home improvement projects, including pool maintenance, pest control, and HVAC services.
- Develop and implement a regular maintenance schedule for household appliances.
- Manage contractors for renovations and new initiatives.
- Assist with property management for potential future residences.
- Support children with transportation, homework, and technology needs.
- Provide pet care during family travels, house sitting when required, and assist with meal planning and preparation.
