Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and plan daily activities to ensure efficient tree maintenance
  • Climb trees to trim or remove them as necessary
  • Interact with clients to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction
  • Mentor and train crew members on safe work practices and equipment maintenance
  • Ensure all safety protocols are strictly followed

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience on a tree crew
  • 2+ years of experience as a Foreman
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
